Since 2005, Nike has been releasing products to celebrate the deep heritage of African Americans. This year, they have released 11 sneakers, and “the design reflects how athletes today are fully embracing their backgrounds and are becoming catalysts for change in their local communities,” according to Jonathan Johnsongriffin, Senior Creative Director for Nike Basketball. The prices range from $110 – $200, and highlight shoes from Air Jordan, Lebron James, and Kyrie Irving. Take a look at the collection and let me know what you think!
