If you are a fan of cooking shows, and up and coming restaurants, I am sure you have heard of The Real Trap Kitchen based out of California. The concept was birthed when Malachi- a Crip, joined forces with his best friend Roberto- a Blood, to change the trajectory of their lives with food. The duo provides catering services throughout Los Angeles, and travel state to state as well. They also have a stationary location in Portland, Oregon.
A little while back, Malachi “Chef Spank” and Roberto “Sous Chef News” paid a visit to ABC’s The Chew to share their recipes with the show’s host. The food looked absolutely amazing, and I definitely want to check them out if I am in Portland.
